Our Winemaker Dinners, guest table dinners and guided wine tastings are all part of this approach, inviting you to discover Burgundy from within, through its wines, its terroirs, its cuisine, and the people who bring it to life.

Inspired by the spirit of conviviality so dear to the people of Burgundy, our Winemaker Dinners are true evenings of encounter with the men and women who make Burgundy wine.

For the duration of an intimate dinner, one estate comes to share its world, its wines, its story and its vision of terroir in the warm setting of Clos Saint Jacques.


Each evening shines a light on a different estate.

What to expect:

A five-course menu, from aperitif to dessert

Food and wine pairings featuring wines from the guest estate

Wines commented on by the owner or winemaker

Traditional homemade French and regional cuisine

An evening devoted to sharing, enjoyment and discovery.

Burgundy is also experienced through the simple pleasure of a shared dinner, as a couple or among friends, around a welcoming table and sincere cuisine.


Our table d'hôtes extends this tradition of hospitality through homemade meals served in the intimate setting of Clos Saint Jacques.


Each evening, Clos Saint Jacques invites its guests to discover simple, generous regional cuisine, thoughtfully reinterpreted by the lady of the house.

A selection of local wines from partner estates allows you to accompany your meal and further extend the Burgundy experience at the table.

Burgundy wines are born from the union of two great grape varieties and a mosaic of terroirs of exceptional richness.


Our guided wine tastings offer clear and lively insights to help you better understand the vineyard, refine your perception of the wines, and then continue your own discoveries with greater confidence.


Between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, between villages, climats and winemakers’ individual sensibilities, Burgundy wines offer a world that is both approachable and deeply complex.


Led by the master of the house, these tastings provide the essential keys to understanding the major balances of the Burgundy vineyard and to appreciating more fully the diversity of its terroirs.
